The Senator of the Brothers of Italy, Giulio Terzi will hold a press conference on Tuesday 21 March at 6 pm entitled “Russian war crimes in Ukraine: an ongoing genocide?”. On this occasion a report will be presented, edited by prof. Ibrahim and Hon. Cotler to which more than 30 independent international law experts contributed, on the existence in Ukraine of a serious risk of genocide, which would therefore lead to the obligation of prevention for all States pursuant to article I of the Genocide Convention. The conference is organized in collaboration with the Gino Germani Institute of Social Sciences and Strategic Studies and the Global Committee for the Rule of Law – Marco Pannella, and will be attended by prof. Sergio Germani, Director of the Gino Germani Institute of Social Sciences and Strategic Studies; the professor. Azeem Ibrahim, Director of Special Initiatives, New Lines Institute; the professor. Vittorio Pagliaro, Coordinator of the Scientific Committee of the Gino Germani Institute; the Hon. Fabrizio Cicchitto, president of the “Reformism and Freedom” Foundation; Matteo Angioli, Secretary of the Global Committee for the Rule of Law – Marco Pannella, who will moderate the proceedings.
